From his birth to a year he delighted in his sister's entertainment...his personality was already very much like his Daddy's, calm and content. I had such a strong instinct to guard and protect my little man from the dangers of this world.
Today, my need to protect has become a mission to keep him alive, as he is ALL boy!!! Everything is his stomping zone. Whether it's eating mushrooms at his first birthday, to the latest, finding a poison ivy leaf for his dinosaurs to eat. He brings us all the joy and heartache a little boy can muster up...
His personality is still very much like his Daddy...laid back, takes joy in creating something from nothing, and always fascinated in how things work.
My son, you serenade us with your latest songs... are always looking for ways to make us laugh...I love watching your silly faces flash across your face~We're sure you're practicing them when no one's looking:) During the day you keep us well informed about all things dinosaurs. At night, I now have your favorite Bible story committed to memory, as you share verbatim about David and Goliath:) My little man, how we are so proud of you...you are an amazing gift into our lives, a bright light to our world!!! Happy 4 years, my baby!!!
Daddy can make him a basket for his dinos out of those leaves if he wants. It would be very handy for holding more! Happy Birthday, A~Boy!!
