Christmas Celebrations 2010

~Christmas Eve~

The kids waited up all night for Daddy to get home so they could open their presents.

First, K~girl had Mommy and Daddy open her present to us.

It was a nutcracker of herself that she made in school. Little did I know then, but Mommy actually helped K~girl and her classmates make the nutcracker when I was substitute teaching in her class one day:)

A~boy's big gift. They actually talk to each other, how cool!

K~girl's big gift. Now, K~girl will be baking many sweet treats just like her mommy did 20+ years ago.

Bella's big gift. Although, she should of gotten coal in her stocking, as she has been a very bad puppy lately! She must of used her puppy dog eyes on Santa.

~Christmas Morning~

Santa brought K~girl her horse on a stick, just like she had asked for. That morning we found out why she wanted another horse when she already had one. It was because her brother can have one and now they won't fight over it:) She melted Mommy's heart!

A~boy got his Iron Man, just like he asked Santa for!!!

Here they are anxiously trying to get through breakfast go play with all their new toys.

Here's Meme showing off a much anticipated gift. Not really, this was a gag gift from Dad. She hates the snuggy commercials and there for hates anything snuggy. I am happy to announce we found it a good home, with me! I love having it on while I'm blogging~ Thanks Mom!!!

~Christmas at Nina and Papa's~

Unfortunately my camera's batteries ran out, and I was lucky to get this one shot below of all of us girls:(

If I had the camera we would have captured Grand Dad reading the true Christmas story out of the book of Luke; Nina and Papa's yummy hors d'oeuvres; Aunt Corie's awesome green beans; Uncle Michael throwing wrapping paper all over Mommy and Daddy; and all of us playing an interestingly fun game. We always have so much fun together, ate too much, and unwrapped many great gifts.

The kids got so many special gifts,

K~girl got the gift she "...always wanted":),

and Mommy got the gift she is always needing:) Yay!!!

Nana and Papa hosted a beautiful meal, with all the yummy fixings, and we were able to share it with our Grandmas and Aunt and Uncle.

We would like to thank everyone for making this a special Christmas for us and the kids. We love you all so very much... We hope everyone else had a very Merry Christmas, made many more wonderful memories, and were able to enjoy the best gift ever, Jesus Christ. I thank Him for this day and everyday hereafter.
